Cookie policy

When you log in, we set login session cookies (their names start with sb-) so you stay logged in as you move around your account. They're strictly necessary for the service to work, so they don't need your consent. They're removed when you log out or when the session expires.

Visitors who aren't logged in don't get these cookies.

The public template builder saves your work in your own browser's local storage, so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device and isn't sent to us unless you submit an enquiry. Using the builder's reset button removes it.

When you pay, you're taken to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention. Stripe's use of them is covered by its own policy.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. If you block login cookies, you won't be able to log in. For how we use personal data generally, see our privacy policy.
